Situation
Constant need for photos of new and existing employees, each photo shot against a new background so that no individual has the same background in their photo.
Solution
To evaluate the workspace, identify the available lighting and how it can be balanced with flashlight, to identify the areas of the space that would make a good background. To pose the subject in an optimistic way, often battling their anxiety and visual prejudices against themselves, resulting in a unique and engaging image. This is done in the space of ten minutes.
Result
Each person looks happy to be at work, their photo is unique and looks stylish. Accomplished within 10 minutes.
